Degree Completion Program

senior projects of distinction

Research is an integral part of each degree program. All students complete a significant applied research project designed to assist them in their work environment, career change, or professional interest. The senior project builds upon, and further personalizes, the student’s education; it combines knowledge gained with the ability to apply that knowledge to a real situation. The senior project can be preparation for graduate studies, career change or advancement. Students present their senior projects to the campus community at the end of each semester.

Senior Projects of Distinction are awarded to students achieving excellence; some of these projects are highlighted in this section. All of the Senior Projects of Distinction are housed in the APU/UAA Consortium Library.
