Visiting Alaska Pacific University

At Alaska Pacific University we realize that just getting to our campus has its challenges. However there is no greater way to experience APU then to visit the campus – and we’ll do all that we can to make it an experience worth your while. We love to share our campus, our city, and our state with visitors. We offer three types of visits to best suit the time of year and the time you have available.

Campus Tour

Ask any APU student and they’ll agree that there is more to our campus then meets the eye. Even if you only have 20 or 30 minutes to spend with us you’ll finish your tour of campus knowing more than you could have imagined about APU and what it’s like to be a student here. Schedule a campus tour.

APU Campus Visit

If you’re interested in spending quality time at Alaska Pacific University to get a feel for student life, then join us for an APU Campus Visit. These extended weekend visits include the usual opportunities to meet current students and sit in on classes and we’ll make sure you experience what Anchorage has to offer with hockey games, skiing, the Iditarod, road-trips, and much more.  More information on the Campus Visit.

Summer Adventures in Alaska

The good news: This visit will allow you to sample campus life at APU and to take part in an Alaskan wilderness adventure. The bad news: There are only 8 spots available for the entire summer. This summer visit hosts you on-campus for half of your visit while the other half will be spent around the great state of Alaska.  More information on the Adventures in Alaska.
