Mission Statement

The purpose of the Wellness Center is to promote personal growth, self-care, and healthy habits of mind, body and spirit of the APU community and to offer support for struggles during times of transition.

We endeavor to provide compassionate, professional counseling with respect for the dignity of persons of all cultures and beliefs.
