Alaska Pacific University host Deland Anderson’s exhibit, “Vast Horizons: New Work,” in the ConocoPhillips Gallery in Grant Hall.
About his paintings, Anderson says, “Alaska’s majestic mountains capes quite my mind and release my soul. Where the land meets the sky, I find my future. The paintings in this exhibit are mementos of significant ‘future’ moments for me. Each is of a new day dawning, of special evening descending, of new experiences ventured, or of rate encounters with extraordinary natural phenomenon.”
The exhibits will run from August 3 – 26.
