Yoga Flow

The Yoga Flow class will focus on synchronizing the breath with a sequence of poses that will help stregthen and increase range of motion in your muscles, imporve your balance, and still the mind. The instructor will offer modification to lighten the pose along with advanced variation making this class perfect for all levels.
