Master of Arts Program

The Colloquia

MAP students gather bimonthly during the academic year for a Saturday afternoon of intellectual exchange known as the Colloquium. Graduating students and academic advisors make formal presentation of their work. Students are also encouraged to share their experiences-the challenges, the triumphs and the experiential insights. The Colloquium is a congenial, collegial gathering that can always be counted on to be lively. It is also a particularly great opportunity for new students to learn from their predecessors.

For students registered in the Fall semester, meetings take place on a Saturday afternoon once in September, and once in November.

For students registered in the Spring semester, meetings take place on a Saturday afternoon once in January, and once in March.
