Course Overview

Welcome future Yoga instructors!

This course isS01-YA-SCHOOL-RYS-200 designed to train current Yoga practitioners/students to transition into a teacher of the Yoga practice and to meet the Yoga Alliance standards for teachers at the 200 hour level. This program is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Graduates from this program will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance as a 200 RYT.

More than just acquiring knowledge, this program will be a full immersion into the practice of Yoga. Yoga is experiential; to truly understand Yoga one must experience/practice Yoga.
