Classes must be purchased by the session (no Prorates). In the event of an unscheduled facility or pool closure, reasonable efforts will be made to contact class participants and the class will be rescheduled or the participants will be offered a free pass.
Recreation Programs Refund and Credit Policies
This policy applies to all Recreation Programs classes and programs. For information regarding refunds for Outdoor Programs contact the Outdoor Programs office at email@example.com.
- Cancellations seven days before the start of the class or event will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations less than seven days before the start of the class or event will receive an 80% refund or credit if the vacant position is filled, or in cases of extenuating circumstances*.
- Cancellations after the start of the class or event are not eligible to receive a refund or credit except in cases of extenuating circumstances*, in which case a participant may receive a prorated refund or credit.
*For the purposes of this policy, extenuating circumstances are defined as unforeseeable and uncontrollable events as determined at the discretion of the Director or Assistant Director and, include medical reasons verified by a physicians note.
