Who are also would not be able to attend APU with out this scholarship and who have the highest academic capabilities and a vocational interest in the academic fields. A vocational interest can be demonstrated by, for example, being an amateur radio or other club the principle interest of which is one or more of the academic fields for which this scholarship is intended. A recipient must be a full-time student in the university's Campus Undergraduate Program. A recipient must have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement before attending APU. A recipient must continue to demonstrate academic achievement while at APU. Although this shall be determined by the criteria established by the University's academic department, the recipient shall have cumulative grade point average at the University of 3.2 of better (on a 4 point scale).
