North Atwood Hall is part of the main Atwood Center complex, and is a three-story building consisting of 20 suites accommodating up to 34 returning and transfer students.

There are three types of suites in North: one-person private suites, 2-person suites, and 2-bedroom suites designed for 3 residents. All suites have their own bathroom, and the multi-student suites also have a spacious living area within the suite in addition to the bedrooms.

North also features two common lounges in the building: a first floor lounge with a pool table, and a second floor TV lounge.
