Purchase your fitness class punch card at the Moseley Sports Center. The fitness class punch card can be used for all of the fitness classes offered through Rec. Programs.
Water aerobics exercises uses the water as resistance while doing aerobic training to provide the body with both resistence and cardiovascular exercise in low impact environment. Perfect for all fitness levels as you decide on the intensity: The faster and more range of movement you use the harder it is!

Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates, uses six principles: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. These principles will be used in a mat-based workout helping to emphasize the balanced development of the body focusing on core strength, flexibility, and awareness.

The Yoga Flow class will focus on synchronizing the breath with a sequence of poses that will help strengthen and increase range of motion in your muscles, improve you balance, and still the mind. The instructor will offer modifications to lighten the pose along with advanced variations making this class perfect for all levels.

Restorative Yoga focuses on opening, releasing, and relaxing the body in restful postures. Each pose is held fro three to five minutes allowing the body to renew and heal while teaching the body and mind to truly let go.
