Degree Completion Program

Health Services Administration

The Health Services Administration Program at Alaska Pacific University is designed to expose working adults to the various concepts in the management of health care. The program is aimed at current and future employees in organizations involved with providing health care services, major customers of health care providers, and entities involved with developing and implementing health care policies.

The program is best suited for the individual who has a certification or Associate's degree in health care or who has health services experience. The individual may have performed tasks such as Human Resource benefits administration, insurance claims processing, clinic or office management, or may have accumulated experience as a provider of health care (RN's, RT's, etc.) Courses may be delivered in a classroom setting or through online/distance delivery.
