JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant to the Dean of Student Enrollment Services primarily provides administrative and customer service support to assist in the daily functioning the admissions office. This position will also provide some secretarial support to the Dean of Student Enrollment Services.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
· Import new prospect, applicant, and admit records as they arrive.
· Update prospect, applicant, and admit records as necessary or as directed by the Admissions management.
· Assist the Dean of Student Enrollment Services in organizing the functions associated with the office including scheduling, compiling student data, processing paperwork, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential records appropriately.
· Work on special projects involving multiple internal offices.
· Monitor divisional budget preparing reports and conducting analysis of accounting documents as requested.
· Assist with the coordination of publication development
· Generate mail, phone and email contacts lists as requested
· Use CAMS software to update prospect, applicant, and admit records as necessary or as directed by Admissions management.
· Clarifies policies and procedures concerning the admissions and enrollment processes
· Conduct research and generate reports for the Office of Admissions as directed
· Generate mail, phone, and email contact lists as requested
· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the database for outreach and reporting purposes
· Secure and process confidential documents and information Work with other divisional offices to support and maintain the internal flow of information.

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
High school diploma or GED equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Non-Supervisory: Three (3) years administrative experience.
