- REGISTER with Med+Proctor:
- Use your APU email to sign up
- UPLOAD your documentation
- If vaccinated, choose IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE as the document type.
- If unvaccinated, choose COVID LAB RESULTS as the document type. You must upload test results by midnight on Friday of every week.
- You will receive an email confirming that the documentation has been accepted.
To request an exemption: Email the details about your circumstances which would warrant an exception to the policy to Dean of Students Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) for students and Human Resources (email@example.com) for employees.
To report a positive COVID-19 test: Email CovidReports@alaskapacific.edu
