Building upon the congruence between the existing BA in Business Administration and Management and MBA core curricula, this option is designed to admit highly motivated and busy professionals directly into the MBA program as soon as they have completed at least 104 undergraduate credits, including all GUR and major requirements for the BAM degree, with the exception of the senior project. The Master’s Thesis will serve as the research project for both degrees, that will be awarded simultaneously, when both degree course requirements are met.

This course is designed to educate students so that they are prepared to plan for and implement an e-business start-up or be able to lead a transition team of a traditional business that is expanding to include e-business solutions in its business strategy.
examines the theory and practices of change processes in organizations, paying special attention to planning and management of change. Globalization, technological advances and community expectations all impact the nature of work and how organizations are designed. Students examine the constraints and opportunities of sustainability in organizations and the roles leaders play in fostering innovation and determining timing and rate of growth.
The MBA with a concentration in Finance combines the breadth of the MBA with the depth required for careers in finance. This concentration provides opportunities to learn about securities, portfolio management, bonds and investment theory and to gain hands-on experience managing the student fund.
Health Services Administration
An MBA with a concentration in Health Services Administration builds foundational, analytical and integrated knowledge of the health service industry. This program is ideal for current and future managers and administrators in organizations providing health services, that are major customers of health service providers or that are involved in developing and implementing health service policies. The MBA in HAS combines the breadth of the MBA with applications to diverse health service settings, including the private sector (for profit and non-profit), the public sector (local, state and federal) and Native health service providers.
