The ANGov program is meant for future leaders of Alaska. You begin with seminars focusing on Alaska Native cultures, histories, and the governance systems through which Alaska Native experiences are shaped. ANGov courses expand on your knowledge of Alaska Native rights and governing responsibilities. You combine intensive study with meaningful internships, and graduate with problem-solving capabilities to better serve Alaska Native communities.

Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program began as a partnership between Alaska Pacific University, Afognak Native Corporation, Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Chugach Alaska Corporation, The Aleut Corporation, and CIRI. The Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program is a unique graduate certificate program designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge in key functional business areas and accelerate the careers of high-potential leaders.
