Tumyaraa is Alaska Pacific University’s college readiness program, designed specifically for rural Alaska high school students. The free program provides hands-on and culturally-connected math and writing courses with year-round support from dedicated staff. The week-long intensives in spring and fall are also an exciting opportunity for high school students to visit Anchorage, get comfortable with what a college experience can look like, and immerse themselves in campus life early on.
