Student Profiles

Desiree Roehl, BA, Sustainability Studies, 2015I was able to build my degree around the issues I was really interested in – tribal environmental health, non-profit management and community sustainability within Alaska, with a rural focus. -Desiree Roehl, BA, Sustainability Studies, 2015
Monica Marshall, BA, Sustainability Studies, 2015I loved the interdisciplinary focus of the program and the diversity of projects and the people who were doing them. –Monica Marshall, BA, Sustainability Studies, 2015
James Diemer, Sustainability Studies, 2015Sustainability Studies lined up perfectly with my interests. I liked the active learning from real world experience. More traditional classroom learning doesn’t necessarily translate into real world skills. –James Diemer, Sustainability Studies, 2015
