Fitness classes are free for ANTHC staff members with badge ID.
General Public: $5 per class or $45 for a 10 card punch pass.
Take time to nourish your body and mind! Our Yoga classes vary in style and are appropriate for all levels. Props and mats available upon request.
Start your day with an active class looking to develop muscular strength and flexibility, ending in a gentle cool down.
Practice basic yoga sequences with focus on alignment, breath and balance. Perfect for beginners and those looking to establish a consistent, intentional practice.
An end-of-the-work-day yoga practice to release stress and stretch the limbs. The intention is to decompress, strengthen, and refresh at the end of the work day.
Paddle Board Yoga
This yoga class takes place in the pool! Challenge your balance and try Yoga on a paddle board for a fun workout. We recommend wearing a swim suit along with synthetic leggings or long sleeve top, which will help you stay warm and avoid slipping against your skin in poses that require you to press your legs into your arms such as crow pose. Great for beginners and advanced yogis alike, the class will challenge your balance, core, legs, and glutes.
Key Log Rolling
Lumberjack rolling on a synthetic log in the pool! Keep moving your feet, and remember that falling is half the fun!
