Fitness Schedule

**All Fitness Classes have been temporarily put on hold due to the coronavirus.  We hope to see you again soon and appreciate your understanding. 

Water Aerobics (year-round schedule)
Fee: $5 drop-in
Mon/Wed/Fri: 12-1pm

Yoga & Meditation Room

January 20-April 30
Sunrise Essentrics with Helen
Fridays, 8-9am

Yoga Flow Basics with Erin
Tuesday and Thursday 12-1pm

Essentrics with Helen
Mondays: 4-5pm

FEES:

General Public: $5 per class or $45 for a 10 card punch pass.

Class Descriptions

Studio Yoga

Take time to nourish your body and mind! Our Yoga classes vary in style and are appropriate for all levels. Props and mats available upon request.

Yoga Basics

Practice basic yoga sequences with focus on alignment, breath and balance. Perfect for beginners and those looking to establish a consistent, intentional practice.

Essentrics

Dynamic and low-impact, full body workout engaging all 650 muscles in the body. The intention is to stretch and strengthen with body awareness.

SUP Board Yoga

This yoga class takes place in the pool! Challenge your balance and try Yoga on a paddle board for a fun workout.

Great for beginners and advanced yogis alike, the class will challenge your balance, core, legs, and glutes.

Recommendation: Wear a swim suit along with synthetic leggings or long sleeve top, it will help you stay warm and avoid slipping against your skin in poses that require you to press your legs into your arms such as crow pose. 

Key Log Rolling

Lumberjack rolling on a synthetic log in the pool! Keep moving your feet, and remember that falling is half the fun!

Recommendation: Wear athletic tights to protect your knees and shins from the rough Key Log surface.
