Atwood Center Rasmuson Hall
Venue Capacity: 100 seated / 150 standing
A flexible venue that can be used for large events such as weddings, dinners, receptions and conferences, the Atwood Center Rasmuson Hall has also been used for more intimate purposes such as lectures and round table meetings. Newly renovated to include two laser projectors, two retractable screens, wireless and wired podium microphones and speakers in the ceiling.

Atwood Dorms
APU has limited availability for groups to use dorm space for camps and other educational or training events. If you are hosting a training, camp, or student trip and need housing, contact APU conferencing for potential availability.

Carr Gottstein Seminar Room
Venue Capacity: 50 seated
A flexible meeting room that can be set up with Board Room, Classroom or Theatre-style seating, the Seminar Room comes with an LCD Projector, screen and computer. In addition, the room comes with two wall-mounted dry erase/chalk boards. Recently renovated with new carpet and flexible-use tables and chairs.

CH2MHill Board Room
Venue Capacity: 30 seated
A versatile space that brings the beauty of outside Alaska inside with a beautiful atrium located on one side of the room. Great for meetings, team building exercises, client presentations or small conferences. State of the art AV equipment along with a small kitchenette makes this the perfect space for your next event.

ConocoPhillips Gallery
Venue Capacity: 15 seated / 40 standing
An art gallery that hosts the monthly First Friday art shows, this flexible venue can be used for receptions, vendor tables and displays. Located just outside the E. R. Brown Auditorium the ConocoPhillips Gallery is often used in conjunction with theatre performances for pre-show or post show receptions.

Earl R. Brown Auditorium
Capacity: 210 seated
The Earl R. Brown Auditorium is located within Grant Hall. This space is designed for musical and theatrical performances but also has been used for church meetings, product demonstrations, and public forums. The auditorium seats 210 and can be equipped with a sound system, podium, and video equipment.

Leah J. Peterson Gallery
Venue Capacity: 35 seated / 75 standing
An art gallery and lobby that features monthly First Friday artwork, this venue is often used for receptions, vendor displays and catered events.

Lecture Hall
Venue Capacity: 75 seated
Tiered seating with a small stage makes the Lecture Hall perfect for presentations, small group gatherings and panel discussions. State of the art AV system including a large screen that is often used for showing film is part of the venue. In addition, behind the screen is a large dry erase board.
