Bog & Forest Run

Back by popular demand, APU Nordic Ski Center is hosting the 4th annual Bog & Forest Run through the swamps and trails of Alaska Pacific University!
This year, there will be a 5k Forest Run and 3k Bog Run.
The run is free to register (donations to cover costs are appreciated!) and is open for anyone in the community to join.
The Bog & Forest run will test your mud tromping ability and adventurous spirit as you traverse through the Jim Mahaffey trails. We welcome our NEW APU students for Orientation weekend and invite back our APU Alumni and community to join us for this fun day.
What route will you choose – Mud or Forest?? Pre-register today to be a part of the fun!
Schedule of Events:
1-1:45pm: Race registration & Bib Pick Up
1:45pm: Race Warm Up With APU Nordic Elite Team
2:00pm: Race Start
2:45pm: Muddiest Runner Contest
Hoses will be provided to wash off. A food vendor will be present to enjoy a race day snack.
