I am the new Office Specialist for the Institute of Health & Wellness. Before coming to APU, I worked in non-profit, secondary education, and post-secondary education doing necessary clerical work, and supporting a variety of programs to help with student success. I have always enjoyed the academic environment, and am so excited to return to working at a university!

While I am new to APU, I have lived in Alaska for most of my life. Despite that, I am very much a city-girl and am currently working on filling out my Alaskan Adventures punch card. If you have any recommendations for fun (EASY) hikes or places to explore within the state, please let me know! My passions are mostly focused inside, as I am an avid reader and writer. I am a member of several book clubs and host a writing club with several of my friends from college, with the goal that we learn discipline and work on building our individual works.
