Bryson Frost
Born in North Carolina, Bryson Frost grew up exploring the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, where from his earliest memory he can recall having fallen completely in love with the outdoors. Upon obtaining his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tennessee Technological University, he interned with the Southern Institute for Appropriate Technology, gaining significant experience with hands-on education in outdoor classrooms. Bryson’s love for outdoor education was only furthered upon coming to work for NOLS Alaska in 2023, where the connections he made as a part of a community of environmental educators are ultimately what inspired him to come to Kellogg FIELD School. In his free time, you can find Bryson working on his latest quilting project, hiking with his dog Frankie, or traveling to every National Park within driving distance
