Katharine (Katie) Pagani serves as the Director of Admissions at Alaska Pacific University, where she brings 18 years of higher education experience to guide prospective students through their college journey. As Director of Admissions, Katharine leads a dedicated team committed to providing comprehensive support throughout the admissions process. She specializes in working with diverse student populations, including first-generation college students, returning learners, military service members transitioning to civilian life, and traditional students beginning their higher education journey.

Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership through Capella University, she also holds an Masters of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, credentials that enhance her ability to understand and support students’ educational aspirations. Her approach combines professional expertise with a genuine commitment to student success.
