Raelene is a graduate from Alaska Pacific University holding a Bachelor’s in Creative and Professional Writing. She’s been a member of the APU staff since 2020 where she started as a student worker and then go hired on by Nana Management Services working her way up to Purchasing Manager. Her familiarity with all the backend processes of the university as well as having been a student at APU allows an incredible advantage to the Advancement Team, really being able to serve the Alumni needs quite well. Raelene heads up the processing all donations, managing our alumni database and as the entire team does, prioritizes the continued outreach efforts to build relationships with alumni to help foster alumni engagement.

Raelene has lived in Alaska most of her life. She loves to bead and is a self-proclaimed “houseplant enthusiast” with about 100 plants in a grow tent in her home. She loves to take her dogs on walks and hang out with her child, Brooke. She is currently pursuing her MBA at APU and is an incredible example as a single mom to her child – always pursing knowledge and personal growth.
